Keyotee Business

Keyotee, a fab-less company founded in 2001, takes advantage of advancements in Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS) & Optics. The initial application developed was a display technology that integrated semiconductor light sources, MEMS & optics into an all solid-state package that was capable of projecting high brightness, high resolution images from a compact and inexpensive device.

 Offerings:

Keyotee develops solutions based on custom chips as well as system level boards to serve as evaluation platforms, and provides integration services to facilitate the integration of the new chips into existing devices.  These solutions are based on IP developed over the last 6 years and target display, scanning, sensor and detector, and consumer electronics markets.

 Currently Keyotee is focused on development of an anti-piracy technology for use in media that will prevent the pirating of first (newly) release motion pictures before legal DVDs are released.

Vikas has been working in area of MEMS / NEMS for the last 12 years.  He has been involved in every aspect of life cycle of a product with experience in product development, operations, project leadership & management, foundry management, team building, product positioning, customer management and investor relations.  He has worked in companies like TiNi Alloy Co, Dicon Fiberoptics Inc., Advanced Micro Sensors Inc. in developing products for different application markets that include biomedical, telecommunications, displays, defense and homeland security. His current role at Keyotee is short/ long term technology direction and tactical planning, provide technical vision to complement the business plan and set the tone and direction for company’s technology.
